- (SCADUTO) 1 anno. Assegno di Ricerca tipologia post-doc presso l’Osservatorio Astronomico di Palermo. Il progetto è incentrato sulla realizzazione di modelli di atmosfere esoplanetarie e sul ruolo che la radiazione incidente dalla stella ha nel definirne la dinamica e la chimica. - (SCADUTO) Borsa di studio di 1 anno (Assegno di Ricerca) presso il Dipartimento di Fisica e Chimica dell’Università di Palermo, incentrata sullo studio dell’attività magnetica nelle stelle di tipo M per vincolarne gli effetti sugli esopianeti.Questa borsa di ricerca è stata finanziata nell’ambito del progetto PRIN2022 “Conosci i tuoi piccoli vicini: caratterizzazione di stelle e pianeti di bassa massa nel vicinato solare”, proposto dall’Osservatorio Astronomico di Palermo dell’INAF e dall’Università di Palermo. Le attività di ricerca saranno svolte in stretta collaborazione con ricercatori di entrambi gli istituti.La scadenza per la presentazione delle domande è il 28 dicembre 2023. Lo stipendio è di circa 30.000 €/anno. Sono benvenute le candidature di qualsiasi candidato con almeno una laurea magistrale. La selezione si basa sul curriculum vitae e sull’intervista. - (DEADLINE PASSED) 1 year fellowship at the Dept. of Physics and Chemistry of the University of Palermo, focused on the study of the magnetic activity in M-type stars to constrain its effects on exoplanets.
This research grant has been funded in the framework of the PRIN2022 project “Know your little neighbours: characterizing low-mass stars and planets in the Solar neighbourhood” proposed by INAF – Palermo Astronomical Observatory and University of Palermo. The research activities will be carried out in close collaboration with researchers from both the institutes.The application deadline is December 28th 2023. The salary is around 30 k€/yr.
