Space Project Management

This internship includes the following activities:

• In-depth study of the managerial aspect of a research project
• Study of the phases that characterize a space project
• Acquisition of basic competences in the standardization documents used in European space activities (ECSS and ISO)
• Use of basic tools for programming a project

The final goal of the internship is to achieve basic knowledge of the managerial structure of a project in the space field.

At the end of the internship, the student will be required to apply the acquired knowledge to plan a hypothetical space project or part of it.
