CLouds, HAzes, and Irradiation: Models of Alien Terrestrial-type Planets (CLHAIMAT)

The project, which can be tailored to the number of hours required for both an internship or a thesis, includes the following activities.

• Construction of climate models (preferentially analytic or semi-analytic) describing extrasolar rocky planets.
• Role of stellar irradiation, inner source energies, and chemistry
• Transition from primary to secondary atmosphere
• Habitability
• Impact of dust and hazes
